Three basic structures and working principles
Working principle: driven by an electric motor , so that the output torque is transmitted to the bevel gear mechanism (deceleration and direction change) through the cone friction clutch (universal coupling transmission shaft), and then passes through the booster (variable force loading and impact) until the sleeve rotates. Carry out impact-type tightening and tightening of the nut (work).

Four usage methods and maintenance
Inspection Check whether the transmission part is flexible, whether the threaded connection is loose, and check whether the contact between the motor and the power cord is good.
Turn the power switch to any position forward or backward to turn on the motor. After the no-load operation is normal, it can start working (the forward direction or turning direction of the motor means tightening or loosening the working sleeve).
When the motor is stopped, turn the reversing handle to the loose or tight position, turn the motor switch to the reverse or forward direction, observe whether the rotation direction of the sleeve meets the needs of the operation (loose or tight), and set the determined direction Remember to turn off the motor switch.
After the rotation direction of the sleeve meets the requirements, hold the operating handle to align the sleeve and tighten the nut. Turn the motor switch to the loose or tight state to loosen or tighten the nut in an impact manner.
When tightening, if you hear a clicking sound, you can lift the sleeve. At this time, the torque is about 100%. If the torque is not enough, just hit it a few more times.
When pulling the reversing handle, be sure to turn off the power switch.
The eccentric sleeve of the transmission shaft universal coupling gear mechanism reversing handle should be inspected and filled with molybdenum disulfide grease once a week to keep it clean. It should be inspected once every two months. After cleaning with kerosene, add molybdenum disulfide grease. Molybdenum grease.
The booster should be inspected once a month. After cleaning it with kerosene, add gear oil to keep it clean.
The rolling bearings of the running wheels should be inspected every two months. After cleaning with diesel, add molybdenum disulfide grease to keep them clean and ensure smooth operation.
Five Precautions
It is strictly forbidden to pull the reversing handle of this machine while the motor is working. If the machine is damaged due to this, you will be responsible for the consequences.
After the machine works for one cycle, the reversing handle can be pulled to reverse direction to evenly wear the gears.
When the machine is suspended from use or repaired or replaced, the power supply should be cut off first.
It is strictly prohibited to use it in rainy days or when the motor is damp to prevent danger. If the motor gets wet, dry it before use.
If it is not used for a long time, it should be placed in a ventilated, dry and corrosive-gas-free warehouse.
