Basic product description of .type multifunctional rail grinder
Internal combustion rail grinder has simple structure and small size , light weight, easy to use, fast on and off the road, running wheel insulation, safe and reliable, suitable for grinding rail planes, sides, arc surfaces and various angles. It is also suitable for grinding rail welding joints and various pointed rails and switches. This machine uses an internal combustion engine as the power source and is suitable for on-site operations without power supply.
Main structure and working principle
The .type grinder is powered by a (electric motor) gasoline engine, and uses a type-type V-belt (inner circumference mm) to drive the grinding wheel through the transmission system to perform rail grinding operations. The machine is mainly composed of main components such as frame, transmission system, grinding wheel, arc grinding roller, and running device. The frame is welded with thin steel plate angle steel. The grinding wheel is fed spirally by the screw nut, and the running device and the frame are connected with bolts. The running wheel has a higher rim and can be pushed on the ground after going down the road. The appearance is as shown in the figure.

Maintenance of internal combustion rail grinder
The speed of the gasoline engine has been adjusted before leaving the factory, and the positions of the speed limiter and spring cannot be changed at will. If the inspection position is changed, it must be recalibrated.
.The speed control chamber of the gasoline engine is lubricated by flying oil. The oil level in the speed control chamber must be checked every time it is used (the machine must be laid down so that the cylinder is in an upright position~ until the lubricating oil completely flows back to the oil bottom of the speed control chamber. After long-term use, the oil seal at the output end of the gasoline engine may cause lubricating oil in the speed control chamber to leak out, so it should be replaced after use.
