Working principle
The pneumatic motor is directly connected to the deceleration system. The opening and stopping of the pneumatic motor is controlled by the air valve switch. When the pneumatic motor is in motion, the movable blades of the mixing barrel rotate, so that the water-cement ratio is adjusted according to the water-cement ratio. It is required that the cement and water added to the mixing barrel be continuously stirred until evenly mixed. During the mixing process of cement thick slurry, the clutch is in a disengaged state under the action of the operating handle, and the single screw pump does not operate.
After the cement slurry is evenly mixed, operate the clutch handle to engage the clutch. At this time, the deceleration system drives the single-screw pump to rotate through the clutch, and the evenly mixed cement slurry in the mixing barrel is sucked into the pump body through the connecting pipe.
