Product Introduction of Small Crane Radiator
Radiators mainly rely on convection. If convection is destroyed, the thermal efficiency will be greatly reduced. Traditional home decoration often includes heating covers without considering the most basic physical principles - heat convection is the destruction of normal heating by heating equipment. Hot air is light and cold air is heavy. Therefore, the air conditioner is installed at a high place to let the cold air fall from the beginning. The radiator is installed at a low place to facilitate the hot air to rise. Strengthening convection can quickly increase the amount of heat and the heating bill will not be in vain.
Oil-containing bearings are sleeve bearings that use sliding friction and use lubricating oil as a lubricant and drag reducer. When used initially, the operating noise is low and the manufacturing cost is low. However, the wear and tear of this kind of bearing is serious, and the life span is far behind that of ball bearings. Moreover, when this kind of bearing is used for a long time, due to the oil seal (computer radiator products cannot use high-end oil seals, which are generally ordinary paper oil seals), the lubricating oil will gradually evaporate and dust will enter the bearing, causing the fan speed to slow down and the noise to increase. In serious cases, the fan may eccentrically vibrate due to bearing wear.
The radiator is not immune to the dust. Due to the wind flow, the wind pressure generated by the radiator fins is not pressed down vertically but spreads in an annular shape. This is just like a ceiling fan on the roof of your home. The air flow directly under the fan is often not as strong as the periphery of the ceiling fan. Similarly, the dust in the air will circulate around the periphery with the wind speed and adhere to the cooling fins around the fan, causing air flow to be blocked. At the same time, the return air caused by the blockage of the fins will draw a large amount of dust into the fan blades and reduce the use of the radiator. Lifespan; water vapor in the air adheres to the fan blades, causing dust to adhere to the fan blades, increasing the weight of the blades and reducing the speed; the radiator bearing rotates at high speed, and as time goes by, oily substances overflow from the bearing and stick to the radiator, accumulating more dust.
The speed of the radiator fan is determined by the number of turns of the coil in the motor, the operating voltage, the number of fan leaves, inclination angle, height, diameter and bearing system. When the fan structure is fixed, the rotation speed of the DC fan (that is, the fan using DC power) changes synchronously with the change of the operating voltage. The fan's speed can be measured through the internal speed signal or externally (external measurement is to use other instruments to see how fast the fan rotates. Internal measurement can be viewed directly in B or through software. Internal measurement is relatively The error is larger. The most scientific way to improve the thermal efficiency of the radiator is to install it under the window or on the side of the window. This can effectively prevent the entry of cold air and quickly heat the cold air entering from the direction of the window. If installed In other locations, consider adding -% heat, that is, increasing the amount of radiator used.
