Install the monitor on the panel of the distribution box or on the guide rail inside the box, and fix the residual current transformer at a suitable position in the box to ensure the effectiveness of the molded case circuit breaker.
, Wiring
Monitor power lines, control signal lines, and tripper output lines can all choose RR or higher specification twisted pairs.
To get power from the monitor, take any phase B and connect it to the power port (port No.), and connect the other phase to the power port (port no.).
The transformer should be connected to the corresponding transformer input port according to the monitoring loop, without polarity distinction.
Release output: Connect any phase B of the outlet terminal of the molded case circuit breaker to the common terminal (port No.) of the trip output of the monitor, and then connect the normal open end (port no.) of the trip output to One end of the shunt trip coil, and the other end of the shunt trip coil is connected to the neutral line at the outlet of the circuit breaker (note: the shunt trip output of this product is a relay contact passive output, so an external power supply is required).
Alarm output: The alarm output of this monitor is a relay contact passive output, with normally open, common, and normally closed points, which can be connected according to the requirements of external alarms.
Fire linkage input: Obtain the linkage signal from the fire host, connect the positive pole to the monitor port, and connect the negative pole to the monitor port to achieve remote forced cutting control of the circuit breaker switch through the monitor.
R communication: Connect the monitor’s port number to the bus number line, and connect the number port to the bus B number line. All monitors do not have matching resistors inside, so when the number is large and the distance is long, The end of the communication line should be externally connected with an ohmic matching resistor between the bus line and the B line. If a shielded communication line is used, only one end of the shielded line needs to be grounded.

The wiring of the detector should be confirmed before powering on the detector, and the fixed connection part should be kept firm. After powering on, attention should be paid to checking whether the tripping action of the detector's audible and visual alarm display device is normal.
