Application technical information
General
It is a special softener that can improve wool cellulose fiber and its blended plain and knitted fabrics with man-made fibers. of sewing. It reduces adhesive friction (between wires/wires) and sliding friction (between wires/metal). Just % usage can show significant improvement. The effect is more obvious when used in air-flow yarn. Greatly improve the rough feel and poor sewing performance. The processing results are comparable to ring spinning. Suitable for all dyeing and post-processing machines including jet dyeing machines. Suitable for dip dyeing, pressure suction and spray dyeing methods. This product is also suitable for applications with small liquor ratios, especially when defoaming agents (e.g. -./) are required. Can be used in very small dip dyeing liquor ratio.
If used for dyeing polyethylene fibers, thermal migration may be reduced and laboratory testing must be carried out first.
Give cellulose fiber knitted fabrics and blended fabrics a good feel and reduce the number of pile passes required.
