2. Structural design
The shower sprinkler device is made of high-quality materials and consists of four parts: a column, a shower head, an adjustable baffle, and an adjustable water flow system. The columns, shower head, and adjustable water baffle are made of stainless steel and will not rust during water tests. The column base is disc type. When the shower sprinkler head is fixed on the column, remove the sprinkler head from the column. All other accessories of the device are made of stainless steel.
The flushing nozzles are made of stainless steel and are fixed on both sides of the column to share the column with the shower head sprinkler head.
Equipped with three sets of flow meters, three sets of pressure gauges to control flow and pressure respectively, two sets of flushing and one pressure water pump, and a swing-tube water pump for sprinkling water. Flushing can use the water tank for the immersion test.
If conditions permit, control can be arranged on the operating panel of the swing tube equipment.
