This vehicle is driven by human power and electro-hydraulic lifting. When turning, it uses a mechanism that turns under the hand mop to make the turning easy and convenient. When lifting and stacking, use the handle on the mast to freely stack objects where they are needed. When the object is lifted, a small hydraulic pump works to make the lifting cylinder work. Use and maintenance of the hydraulic part of the semi-electric stacker
The hydraulic station needs to be replaced once a year or so to clean the oil suction filter. The hydraulic oil should be #-# mechanical oil or hydraulic oil. Mixing of different brands of oil is not allowed. In the hydraulic cylinder, care should be taken to protect the plunger rod from damage. If there is insufficient lifting force or leaks, the seals and dust rings should be replaced.
B Semi-electric stacker battery use and maintenance:
Before operating the battery in the car, check whether the battery has been filled with electrolyte (generally, the battery is not filled with electrolyte for safety reasons). If the battery is not filled with electrolyte, First prepare the liquid: battery electrolyte (commonly known as battery water available in the market) is added to the battery water level when the temperature is above 10°C. After cooling for an hour, use the in-car charger to replenish the electrical appliances. After charging, the battery can be put into use.
Regularly check the degree of electrolyte volatilization. Open the battery cover and observe the height of the electrolyte. If it is lower than the grid plate, add distilled water to about one centimeter above the grid plate. After adding distilled water three times, use an electrolyte hydrometer to measure the concentration of the electrolyte below: (measured after charging). Electrolyte should be added appropriately: If the concentration of the hydrolyzate is too low, it will affect the power storage. Check the battery or add electrolyte, cover the battery, and rinse the battery shell with hot water to prevent leakage.
