1. Preface to the series of all-electric stackers
This manual introduces all operating instructions for using the series of all-electric stackers and the necessary knowledge for the correct use of the machine. Please read the instructions before putting the machine into use to avoid making mistakes. Correct operation and regular inspection are important factors in extending the service life of the machine and reducing costs. See the relevant chapters below for specific content.
This series of fully electric hydraulic stackers is designed for lifting and transporting loads on completely flat ground. The product nameplate can be found on this machine, which indicates the rated lifting load of the forklift. To protect the operator's personal safety and avoid damaging the machine, overloading is never allowed. Please strictly follow the safety, use and maintenance rules. Installation of additional facilities on the machine must be approved by the manufacturer.
Snippet reminder: Taixing Chenguang Battery Forklift Factory has produced electric stackers for more than 20 years, ensuring quality and perfect and timely service. If you need to request the electric stacker operating instructions or inquire about the price, please call:
This manual gives practical signs for the correct use and maintenance of the forklift for easy checking, so special attention must be paid to the illustrations. A safe method.
All data contained in this manual are compiled based on the data available at the time of printing. M&G Battery Forklift reserves the right to improve products at any time without further notice. So please check back for any changes to the product.
The manufacturer is not responsible for malfunctions or accidents caused by installation by unqualified personnel and incorrect use of the forklift or if the product is not competent for the job.
2. Specifications or technical parameters of the electric stacker
This machine is a fully electric stacker with an operating rudder. It is an ideal tool for loading, unloading, transporting and stacking goods on flat ground. Other operating devices are clearly visible and easy to use.
3. Safety knowledge for the use of all-electric stackers
When driving on the road, drivers must follow the instructions and the following safety rules to keep an appropriate distance from dangerous areas to avoid injury. Forklifts must be used in accordance with the following regulations.
) The driver must understand the operating instructions of the machine and wear appropriate clothes, shoes and hats.
) Only those who are over 10 years old and have undergone specialized training can drive this all-electric stacker.
) The driver in charge of the electric stacker shall not drive or stand on the fork or platform without an authorized person. The operator must slow down when the stacker is traveling on curved roads or narrow aisles and when passing through doors or irregular road surfaces. When working in the working area of an electric stacker, the driver must stay away from non-workers and issue a warning immediately if there is danger. If someone ignores the warning and remains in the work area, the operator must stop the work.
) It is prohibited to park the quasi-electric stacker in an active area with moving parts. It is strictly forbidden to stand on the fixed parts of the stacker.
) Drivers should try to avoid sudden stops and rapid changes in direction.
) When driving on the maximum allowable slope, the driver must keep the goods on the stacker and slow down at the same time.
) When driving, the driver must ensure that the field of vision is clear and there are no obstacles when turning back.
) If a crane is used to lift a forklift, the forks must be moved forward.
) It is absolutely prohibited to disconnect or remove safety devices.
) The stacker is not allowed to be overloaded under any circumstances. The driver must ensure that the load is stacked evenly and orderly on the forks and must not be offset, otherwise it may cause tipping. The overall dimensions of the goods must not exceed **.
) It is forbidden to move the forklift when the fork is in the upper unit. This operation is only allowed when picking up or setting down a load. When driving with cargo, the maximum height of the fork above the ground must not be exceeded.
) Before starting work, the driver must check:
, operating device and brake performance.
b. The forks are in normal and intact condition.
Whether the front and rear wheels are damaged.
The battery has been charged and all components are fixed, clean and dry.
, all installation devices are in working condition.
) Once the battery signal indicator signals that there is only % charge, the forklift must be stopped for charging.
) The stacker truck must work and park in a place free from rain and snow. In no case should it be used in humid areas.
Chapter 4 Instructions for use of all-electric stacker
Installation and debugging
Before starting the machine, check whether all parts are in good condition and check the performance of all operating components and safety devices.
Mobile forklifts can only use the current generated by the battery and must not use rectified alternating current to damage electronic components.

Electric Stacker Movement :
Before moving the all-electric stacker, check whether the brakes and battery are fully charged. Opening the electric lock will operate the rudder to move its movement device and slowly turn the accelerator to move to the corresponding work area. Turn the accelerator forward and the electric stacker will drive forward. Turn the accelerator backward and it will drive backward. Return the accelerator to the middle position and stop. Start, stop or change movements slowly as sudden movements may cause danger (especially when walking at high speeds). When the stacker is traveling, the load should be in a low position. The height of the fork above the ground should not exceed narrow passages or curved roads and should be slowed down.
Electric stacker stacking:
) The load is carefully approached to the shelf at a low position (the platform must be erected and the driver stands on the ground for operation);
) Make sure the front legs of the stacker can be on the pallet Or move freely under the shelf;
) Lift the load until it rises to the position above the shelf;
) Slowly move the stacker forward. When the load is above the shelf, stop and lower the forks to When exiting the pallet, make sure the tea is safely placed. When retracting, do not apply force to the shelf below;
) Slowly use the rear legs to ensure that the pallet is supported on the shelf stably;
) Lower the fork back to Movement position.
Electric stacker unloading:
) Lower the fork orthogonally to the shelf and then enter its bottom;
) The fork comes out from the bottom of the shelf;
) Move the fork Raise to the required height and make sure the fork can easily enter under the pallet. Slowly approach the pallet to be unloaded until the load is safely placed on the fork.
) Lift the forks until the pallet is lifted from the rack.
) Slowly move back to exit the channel.
) Slowly lower the load and make sure the fork does not hit obstacles during the descent.
Electric stacker transportation
In order to facilitate transportation, two lifting points are given by the &;-shaped mark and the forklift weight is indicated by the &;-shaped mark.
Mainly used in storage, retrieval and short-distance transportation of pallets and goods on shelves in warehouses and yards
Sturdy gantry
Imported electronic control and hydraulic units
Low noise , no pollution, low failure rate
International classic style
Can be designed according to customer requirements
