移动脚手架的使用安全措施 （一）地基处理 脚手架搭设在结构楼面上时，确保基层平整，脚轮定位处无凸起杂物。 （二）门式脚手架搭设程序 脚手架的组装顺序：平整基底→自一端起立门架并随即装交叉支撑→安装水平架（或脚手板）→安装钢梯→安装水平加固杆→照上述步骤，逐层向上安装→按规定位置安装剪刀拉杆→装配顶步栏杆。 （三） 架设门架及配件安装注意事项 1. 交叉支撑、水平架、脚手板、连接棒、锁臂的设置应符合构造规定。 2. 不同产品的门架与配件不得混合使用于同一脚手架。 3. 交叉支撑、水平架及脚手板应紧随门架的安装及时设置。 4. 各部件的锁臂、搭钩必须处于锁住状态。 （四） 水平加固杆、剪刀的撑安装 1. 水平加固杆、剪刀撑安装应符合构造要求，并与脚手架的搭设同步进行。 2. 水平加固杆应采用扣件与门架在立杆内侧连牢，剪刀撑应采用扣件与门架立杆外侧连牢。 （五） 安装后检验要求 1.安装后认真检查立杆连接处的连接棒是否套紧，拉杆是否安装，上人踏板踏板钩与架子横杆是否连接牢固。 2.上人操作层四周安装护栏。上人前检查脚轮脚刹是否可靠。 （六）使用要求 1.上人作业时，作业人员必须佩带安全帽、安全带，穿防滑鞋。 2.上人作业时，检查周围护身栏是否牢固，将安全带固定在架子横杆上。
