一、检测范围
主要用于水果、蔬菜、茶叶、粮食、水及土壤中有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药的快速检测，特别适用于各级食品安全检测机构现场执法使用，此外还可用于果蔬茶生产基地和农贸批发销售市场现场检测，餐馆、食堂、家庭果蔬加工前的安全速测等
二、仪器原理
1、检测原理：采用单片机对温度和时间等参数进行控制，配合生化反应对蔬菜、水果等食品的有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药进行半定量检测。
2、生化反应原理：速测卡中的胆碱酯酶（白色药片）可催化靛酚乙酸酯（红色药片）水解为乙酸与靛酚，由于有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药对胆碱酯酶的活性有抑制作用，使催化水解后的显色发生改变。因此，根据结果颜色的深浅，即可判断样品中有机磷或氨基甲酸酯类农药的残留情况
