Incoming water enters the filter unit along the tangent line from the water inlet on the side. The pressure of the incoming water in the cavity drives the diaphragm device on the upper part of the housing and drives the ejector rod. Press down on the laminated stack, and the laminated stack is compressed to form a dense filter element. After the impurities in the water are intercepted by the filter element, the water passes through the duckbill valve in the center of the filter element to the lower water outlet. As the diaphragm is pressed down, a red indicator appears on the transparent upper cover. The disk follows downward pressure.
Backwashing state
When the filter unit is backwashed, the side water inlet becomes the drain outlet, and the diaphragm device loses its previous downward pressure. At this time, the backwash water enters from the lower water outlet, because The function of the duckbill valve is that the backwash water can only push upward through four pipes with nozzles to open the filter element pressure cap and diaphragm device, loosen the stack of laminations, and at the same time spray out along the tangent line to rotate the laminations, and the trapped water on the laminations will The solid matter is flushed away. As the diaphragm device is lifted up, the red indicator plate in the transparent upper cover is also lifted up. It is easy to see and judge the condition of the internal filter element from the outside. When backwashing, the upper automatic intake and exhaust valve will automatically open. , air can enter the cavity, which helps to improve the spray cleaning effect.
