Working principle
. Energy storage action
The energy required for closing the circuit breaker is provided by the energy storage of the closing spring. Energy storage can be accomplished by an external power supply driving the motor, or it can be accomplished manually using an energy storage handle.
Energy storage operation: The energy storage motor fixed on the frame is energized and outputs torque, and drives the sprocket to rotate through the one-way bearing of the motor output shaft, or the energy storage handle is inserted into the manual energy storage hole and shakes clockwise, through the worm gear (,) drives the sprocket to rotate. Then the chain drives the sprocket to rotate. When the sprocket rotates, the gear pin pushes the slider on the wheel to make the energy storage shaft follow the rotation, and the closing springs are stretched by the arms on both sides to store energy. When the energy storage position is reached, the frame The limit lever presses down the slide to disengage the energy storage shaft from the sprocket transmission system. The energy storage holding detent resists the roller to maintain the energy storage position. At the same time, the dial on the energy storage shaft drives the energy storage indicator plate to flip, showing that it has been stored. Energy storage mark, and switch the travel switch to cut off the power supply of the energy storage motor. At this time, the circuit breaker is in a closing preparation state.
.Close operation
After the mechanism stores energy, if a closing signal is received, the closing electromagnet will act or the closing button will be pressed to cause the stored energy to keep the shaft rotating and drive the detent to release the roller. Release the energy storage hold, and the closing spring releases energy, causing the energy storage shaft and the cam on the shaft to rotate clockwise. By rotating the crank arm, the transmission connecting plate drives the insulating pull rod to drive the moving contact upward to the closing position, and compresses the contact The head spring maintains the required contact pressure of the contacts.
After the closing action is completed, the closing detent and half shaft maintain the closing position. At the same time, the energy storage indicator board and energy storage travel switch are reset, the motor power supply circuit is connected, and the closing and opening indicator board displays the &r mark. , if the external power supply is also connected, it will enter the energy storage state again.
Note: When the circuit breaker is already in the closing state or the locking device is selected without connecting to the external power supply, and the handcart type circuit breaker is in the process of being pushed, the closing operation cannot be performed.
.Opening operation
After the closing action is completed, once the opening signal is received or the opening button is pressed, the opening tripping electromagnet or the overcurrent tripping electromagnet will act, causing the opening half shaft to align The constraints of the closing holding latch are released. The energy stored in the contact spring and the opening separates the dynamic and static contacts of the arc extinguishing chamber to realize the opening operation. In the latter part of the opening process, the hydraulic buffer absorbs the remaining energy of the opening process and defines the opening position.
The closing and opening indicator board displays the "minute&r mark, and the counter is pulled at the same time to realize the counter counting, and the transmission connecting rod pulls the main auxiliary switch to switch.
Installation, debugging
.Unpacking
When lifting the circuit breaker from the packaging box, the hook should be hung on the crane with obvious signs on the circuit breaker. When moving, the upper and lower outlet arms must not be subject to any damage. force, and the circuit breaker should not be subject to large shock and vibration.
Inspection before installation
The circuit breaker has undergone strict factory inspection before leaving the factory, and the parameters all meet the technical requirements. The following preparations must be made before energizing the primary circuit.
.Check the product nameplate, whether the certificate of conformity is consistent with the order form, and whether the packing list is consistent with the actual product.
b. Check whether the circuit breaker is damaged. If damaged, please stop using it.
c. Clear the dust and dirt on the surface, especially the insulating surface, and check the vacuum degree of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber using the manual withstand voltage method (open the circuit breaker and apply power frequency between the fractures)

Observe the energy storage status and whether the opening and closing indication position is normal. (Note: The circuit breaker equipped with a locking device must be operated manually after the secondary circuit is energized)

To operate the hand truck type circuit breaker, follow the following steps: insert the push handle into the hole, and shake it clockwise to push it in, and shake it counterclockwise to pull it out. The total push stroke is approximately in the opening state. It should enter the working position or experimental position smoothly. Please turn the handle ring at a medium speed. When you hear a "click" sound, it is in place (do not use excessive force to damage the propulsion structure). At the same time, connect the corresponding position indication loop.
