General Generally speaking, the operation of boiler softened water equipment must go through five processes: produced water backwashing, regeneration, slow flushing and fast flushing. All processes of different types of equipment are very close, but there may be some additional processes due to differences in actual processes or control needs. Any softened water equipment based on sodium ion exchange is developed on the basis of these five processes.

Since solid granular table salt contains a certain amount of impurities, a large amount of impurities will be deposited at the bottom of the salt tank and block the salt valve, so the impurities at the bottom of the salt tank must be cleaned regularly. When cleaning, you can open the drain valve at the bottom of the salt box and rinse it with clean water until no impurities flow out. The cleaning cycle of the salt box should be determined based on the impurity content of the solid granular salt.

Six installation requirements
