. Rinsing part:
This machine is a rotary bottle rinser, mainly used for rinsing new bottles of beverages, water and other products. The bottles are then sent to the filling machine for product filling.
Using the bottle feeding screw and conveyor chain, it is simple and easy to change the bottle type. After the bottles enter the machine through the bottle feeding screw, they are directly sent to the rinsing machine by the bottle feeding steel wheel.
All bottles are transported using bottleneck technology. There is no need to adjust the height of the equipment to change the bottle shape. You only need to replace the arc guide plate related to the diameter of the bottle body. To change the bottle shape, you only need to replace a small number of star wheels and arc guide plates.< br/>After the bottle enters the host machine, it enters the rinsing machine through the transmission star wheel. The capping machine drives the turntable to rotate through the reducer. The cap leaves the hopper from the cap outlet under the action of centrifugal force. There is a front and back cover separation device at the outlet. When the back cover passes by, the cover automatically falls into the return pipe, and the back cover is automatically blown into the hopper by wind force. Only the front cover can enter the chute smoothly. The amount of covers in the hopper is automatically detected by the photoelectric switch to control the cover conveyor to ensure the best effect of the lower cover. When the front cover enters the slide, it can enter the cover feeding tray smoothly. In order to prevent accidents, an anti-reverse cover dial is also equipped on the slide to ensure that the cover entering the cover feeding tray is correct.
