Exhibition procedures (please read carefully!)
Welcome to participate in the 2019 Hong Kong Spring Lighting Fair organized by our company. In order to ensure your company's smooth participation in the exhibition, we will provide the following tips on the relevant procedures for participation
. Exhibiting companies must fill in the "Hong Kong Exhibition Information Registration Form", which will be signed and stamped by the company's legal representative and sent to our company before the registration deadline. At the same time, please log in to the Hong Kong Trade Development Council Hong Kong International Spring Lighting Fair. Register and print the confirmation application page with the official seal and send it to our company. The hktdc.com registration information is an important basis for the exhibition catalog and booth fascia board text. Please fill it in accurately.
Please remit the exhibition service fee and booth fee to our company's account when registering for the exhibition (see bank account information for relevant information). Please indicate "Hong Kong Spring Lantern Festival" when remittance. In accordance with the participation standards of international exhibitions and in line with the principles of voluntary participation and risk sharing, the exhibition service fee will not be refunded to companies that participate in the exhibition after registering. Since the number of booths is limited, companies are requested to register as early as possible. If the booths are sold out due to late registration, our company will refund the booth fee in full.
After receiving the above forms and fees, our company will confirm the booths with each exhibitor and arrange relevant matters. Booth allocation will take into account the order of registration and payment. Our company reserves the right to allocate booths.
Exhibitors are requested to actively cooperate with our company's exhibition organization work and handle various exhibition procedures in accordance with the procedures, progress and our company's prompts. Due to the company's own reasons (such as failure to pay exhibition fees, Hong Kong travel passes and endorsements in time) If the event is too late to make the trip as scheduled, the exhibits are late at the designated collection location, etc.) resulting in the inability to successfully participate in the exhibition, our company will do our best to reduce the losses of the exhibitors and handle them properly. At the same time, the exhibitors must bear all the expenses that have been incurred. Our company reserves the right to dispose of its booths.
Exhibitors must consciously abide by the laws and regulations of the countries and regions they pass through and where the exhibition is located, respect the intellectual property rights of others, and not exhibit products and technologies that infringe or may be suspected of infringement at the exhibition. At the same time, exhibitors must also strengthen their own Protection of intellectual property rights. Any consequences arising from an exhibitor's violation of the laws and regulations of the countries and regions it passes through or where the exhibition is located (including suspected infringement, carrying or exhibiting contraband) shall be borne by the exhibitor. Our company does not assume responsibility.
If the exhibition plan cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure or non-company responsibility (except for the above paragraph in the exhibition procedures), our company will promptly notify each exhibitor and return the money paid by the exhibitor except for the incurred expenses. the remaining amount.
