YC-02A/B橡胶背胶处理剂
本产品适用于橡胶片贴3M双面胶，橡胶表面丝印处理，环保气味小，双面胶不发黄，效果显著！适用于 橡胶背胶，橡胶模切脚垫。
产品说明
YC-02A/B是一种用于各种橡胶材料的一种粘接处理剂。耐黄变，对表面有蜡、难打磨的浅色橡胶有很好的处理效果,经过处理后的各种橡胶能很好的与各种双面胶（如：T4000（SONY）、T4720（SONY）9080（3M）、tese4940…等等）粘接。
使用配比：YC-02A:YC-02B = 100:2～3
注意:配好的橡胶处理剂,4个小时内用完！
使用方法：
1、首先将YC-02B按上述配比加入YC-02A中，使其全部溶解。
2、将溶解好的YC-02A/B溶液涂覆于橡胶需粘接的表面，一般涂覆一至二遍，在室温条件下放置干燥数15分钟。
3、待涂覆后的橡胶表面全部干后，即可将双面胶等压敏胶纸粘接于橡胶产品上，适当用力压合胶接触面。
4、放置约2小时后即可粘为一体，实用强度24小时后强度达到最高点。
注意事项：
1、YC-02A/B应闭盖存放，放在阴凉干燥处，远离热源及明火。
2、工作场所防火通风，防止长期吸入或长期皮肤接触。
3、产品易挥发，使用完毕请将容器盖紧。
保质期: 未开盖的情况下6个月(25度)
