Printing
Use mesh as the mesh and calculate the coating coverage area per kilogram to ~㎡.
The surface drying time will evaporate naturally in 10 minutes and the actual drying time will be within 1 hour. The best performance will be achieved after 1 hour.
． Use matching special diluent to open oil and water
． Wash the net with net washing water.
． Or adding matching hardener % can increase the adhesion and improve the hardness of the ink film.
． Oven ℃ baking minutes Canon is better.
Test method (after complete drying)
． The adhesive tape sticks to the surface of the ink drawn with hundreds of grids and can be quickly pulled up at an angle without losing oil.
How to use
． It is recommended to use our company's special diluent for dilution. It is not recommended to use slow-drying diluent to dilute. It should be stirred thoroughly before use and sealed at any time after use.
． When stirring, add the company's supporting oil and water to dilute it to a viscosity suitable for printing. Use a special diluent for pad printing and clean it with screen washing water.
． Do not mix it with other types of inks, otherwise it will be prone to other adhesion chemical reactions and other adverse phenomena.
. The use time limit of ink with curing agent is 1 hour. Please discard it after expiration. The remaining ink cannot be recycled
Precautions
． The appearance of various printing materials is similar but may be different. Customers need to test print to ensure that they meet the requirements before mass production.
． If stringing or loosening occurs during the pad printing process, just add some slow-drying paste
. Too high ambient temperature will affect the original quality of the ink. When baking, please use a wooden base to bake and avoid direct contact with iron
. According to climate change, please store in a dark place away from fire sources and in a moderate environment

The tape has 100% no peeling off in the 100-square test
There is no change in the thick aluminum plate d bending in the stamping resistance test.
In the alcohol resistance test, use absorbent cotton dipped in industrial alcohol with a concentration of 0.0%, and the force level can be increased several times without discoloration.

First make a small trial print to confirm that it meets the requirements before mass production.
