silo When there is a shortage of materials, manually add materials to the hopper and start the loading motor. The motor drives the screw to suck the materials into the silo.
Notes
. It is not easy to add too much material to the hopper each time. It is advisable to fill up one-third of the hopper.
. Make sure there are no foreign objects in the feed, such as plastic bags, tree branches, iron wires and other foreign objects to avoid the motor getting stuck.
. Pay attention to safety during the loading process and do not extend your hands into the suction port of the hopper to avoid being entangled in the machine.
. If any abnormality occurs, immediately cut off the power supply to the motor and then power on after troubleshooting.
. The loading motor can only rotate clockwise. The phase sequence of the three-phase power supply of the motor cannot be adjusted at will.
.Power control box (change to the picture with a casing)
The power control box is mainly composed of a tension wheel, a fixed pulley angle, a nylon wheel, a tension spring and a travel switch. The three-phase AC motor drives the tension wheel to rotate, and the tension wheel drives the stainless steel chain to run in the feeding pipeline. The woolen scraper belted by the stainless steel chain will hang the feed in the silo, thereby actually transporting the feed in the silo to the trough.
The tension spring fixed pulley and the corner nylon wheel can automatically adjust the tightness of the chain in the pipeline. When abnormal conditions occur in the power control box, such as the tension spring falling off and the motor getting stuck, the motor will automatically stop and the control box will issue an audible and visual alarm. The pig farm manager should first cut off the power supply and then open the power control box to eliminate the fault before turning on the power.
