How to debug water treatment equipment? What steps?

The pretreatment is mainly forward and backwashing quartz sand and activated carbon to flush away the fine sand carbon and impurities, and control The amount of incoming water, reverse osmosis host debugging is mainly to adjust the flow and pressure of incoming water, outgoing water, which can be summarized as follows
Analyze and test the incoming water of the device, and the results show that it meets the water incoming requirements before proceeding. The device is connected to water for debugging.
Adjust the pressure control system of the high-pressure pump.
Check whether the connections between all pipes in the device are complete, whether the pressure gauges are complete, whether the low-pressure pipe connections are tight and whether there are any shortages.
Fully open the pressure gauge switch and the main water inlet valve, the concentrated water discharge valve, and the produced water discharge valve.
Start the pretreatment equipment and adjust the water supply volume to be greater than the total water inlet volume of the device.
Backwash and forward wash the sand carbon filter until the water is clear.
Start the high-pressure pump, and slowly open the main water inlet valve of the device. Control the total inlet water pressure of the device to be less than 1,000 flush minutes, and check whether the high and low pressure pipeline instruments are normal.
Adjust the water inlet valve and the concentrated water discharge valve so that the inlet water pressure reaches ~.
Detect the conductivity of product water. When the requirements are met, open the product outlet valve and close the produced water discharge valve.
The debugging of the device is all manual single-step assembly. After the operation is normal, it can be switched to the automatic state and run by online instruments and automatic control.
Start the regeneration system and see if the regeneration system is working properly.
The most important thing to pay attention to when debugging reverse osmosis is to remember to close the outlet valve and open the high-pressure pump. This will cause great damage. Therefore, when debugging, you must pay attention to whether the pipelines are in the same path before starting the water pump.
