Working Principle
The fully automatic dosing device is a device for continuously preparing and dosing polymer solutions. It continuously and efficiently completes the compounding and mixing of polymers according to the required concentration of chemicals, thereby obtaining a homogeneous and active polymer solution, and delivers the configured solution to the dosing point or designated system through a dosing pump. Mainly used in municipal sewage treatment and sewage plants where polymer solutions are used.
The working process is mainly divided into the following steps
Add enough dry powder into the hopper, and the dry powder in the hopper will be transported to the pre-soaking device by the dry speculation machine. At the same time, the solenoid valve of the water inlet pipe is opened, and the dry powder is in the pre-soaking device. After being soaked, it flows by gravity to the mixing tank for stirring and mixing.
The solution mixed by preliminary stirring flows to the homogeneous maturation tank through the overflow weir, and is stirred and mixed again. After a certain period of effective and gentle low-speed stirring, the medicinal solution reaches the requirements of homogeneous maturation and activity, and then passes through the overflow. When the weir flows into the solution storage tank, it can be used for dosing.
When the solution storage tank is filled with the medicinal solution, the liquid level switch sends a signal, and the dry speculation machine and the solenoid valve are automatically closed.
The dosing pump starts and the solenoid valve opens at the same time to add the medicinal solution to the required equipment.
When the liquid level in the solution storage tank reaches the set low level, the liquid level switch sends a signal, and the device starts to automatically repeat the above steps to ensure that there is enough liquid in the solution storage tank.
