Dosing device
It is composed of stainless steel hopper, screw conveyor, electric heater, etc.
The effective volume of the stainless steel hopper can meet the long-term usage. The hopper is equipped with a sight glass to manually observe the material level. The material level meter can automatically monitor the material level and send out a signal alarm at the same time.
bThe screw conveyor is composed of a worm gear reducer driving a high-precision screw. The reducer has the characteristics of light weight, smooth operation and high efficiency. The high-precision screw can fully meet the user's dosage.
The electric heater is installed in the discharge pipe of the conveyor, which can prevent the dry powder in the discharge pipe from getting wet and clumping, causing the discharge pipe to be blocked.
Drug dissolving device
Usually consists of a stainless steel tank of a pre-soaking device and two mixers
The pre-soaking device uses a stainless steel swirl bucket. The water flow enters from the tangential direction and forms a flow inside the swirl bucket. A swirling water curtain is used to wet and mix the dry powder in advance and enter the prefabricated mixing tank.
b The stainless steel tank body has a three-tank structure, which is a prefabricated mixing tank, a homogeneous maturing tank, and a liquid storage tank. Each tank is equipped with a partition and an overflow weir. During the preparation process of the medicinal solution, the medicinal solution must flow from the bottom of the partition through the upper weir of the overflow weir to the next tank, so as to avoid short flow of the liquid. Enter the mature liquid. The tank body is a fully enclosed structure, with a stainless steel cover with a handle on top. There is a built-in overflow pipe in the prefabricated mixing tank to prevent the liquid from overflowing from the upper part of the tank when the liquid level exceeds the set high level fault. The bottoms of the three tanks are equipped with drug discharge pipes and manual ball valves, and the three drug discharge pipe openings are connected, with one end serving as a drug feeding pipe and the other end serving as a venting pipe.
Two mixers are installed in the prefabricated mixing tank and homogeneous maturation tank. The mixers have a unique structure and appropriate rotation speed, which can ensure the homogenization of the solution without damaging the polymer molecular chain.
Water supply system
It consists of pipelines, manual ball valves, filters, pressure gauges, solenoid valves, stop valves and rotor flow meters.
The filter is used to intercept impurities in the water and protect the solenoid valve.
bThe pressure gauge is installed behind the filter to display the pressure. If the pressure is too low, it indicates that the filter is clogged and the impurities in the filter need to be removed.
The solenoid valve receives the electrical signal to allow water inflow to realize automatic water inflow.
The rotameter is used to display the incoming water flow rate.
The stop valve is used to adjust the inlet water flow, which is convenient and stable to adjust.
The control system
consists of an electrical control cabinet and a liquid level switch.
The electrical control cabinet uses Schneider Electric components.
