High viscosity low hydrophilic polyester polyamide and monofilament or multifilament braiding, the mesh belt is wear-resistant and has strong chemical resistance.

The twill forming mesh is woven with a twill structure of fine warp and thick weft. It has a large number of oblique holes, is easy to drain, and is not easy to suck back materials. The front of the filter press is smooth, not easy to bond materials, and is easy to peel off and clean.

Using imported American stainless steel buckle joint technology, combined with French high-viscosity and high-wear-resistant glue for joint protection, the filter belt has longer mechanical properties and service life.

Working Principle

Driven by the spiral pressing roller and the two inner and outer annular mesh belts, the raw materials are evenly distributed into the wedge-shaped area for initial pressure dehydration. Immediately after entering the low-pressure area, the porous rollers press out a large amount of water and ensure that the water is discharged from both sides of the mesh belt. Then it enters the high-pressure area. The inner and outer mesh belts bypass several sets of counter-pressure rollers with decreasing diameters, and a large amount of water is slowly discharged. Press out forcefully to form a pressable filter cake. The sewage is collected and discharged through the water receiving tank. After the inner and outer filter belts are separated, a wear-resistant scraper device scrapes off the dehydrated filter cake on the working surface of the inner and outer filter belts. Finally, the high-pressure cleanable nozzle forms a fan-shaped cross-water mist to continuously flush the mesh belt to maintain a continuous dehydration effect.
