Working principle

It reaches the maximum pressure condition in the press dewatering zone and then flows with the movement of the mesh belt. It is clamped between the upper and lower mesh belts, passes through the filter belt with adjustable tension, the rotating rollers with gradually decreasing diameters, and the pressure rollers, which continuously increase the slow roller squeezing force and shear force, and pass through the wedge-shaped area with low pressure. The water in the slag (mud) slurry is continuously squeezed out through the medium pressure zone, the high pressure zone and the powerful pair of roller squeezing zones through step-by-step pressurization. Finally, a filter cake with a lower moisture content is formed and is discharged through a scraper plate. The upper and lower filter belts are separated and passed through high-pressure flushing water and roller brushes to remove trace particles in the pores on the filter surface and continue to the next step of the dehydration cycle.
