During cleaning, the motor drives the suction scanner to scan the surface of the filter to suck out dirt and impurities and discharge the filter through the drain valve. No need to cut off the flow for cleaning.

Product operation instructions:
Water comes from the entrance It first passes through the coarse filter to filter out larger particles of impurities and then reaches the fine filter. During the filtration process, the fine filter gradually accumulates dirt and impurities in the water to form a filter impurity layer. Since the impurity layer accumulates on the inside of the fine filter, a pressure difference is formed between the inner and outer sides of the fine filter.
When the pressure difference of the filter reaches the preset value, the automatic cleaning process will start. During this period, the clean water supply is continuously flowing. The cleaning valve opens the cleaning chamber and the water pressure in the sewage suction device drops significantly. The pressure passing through the filter cartridge and sewage suction pipe A suction force is generated through the suction nozzle between the differential suction pipe and the cleaning chamber to form a suction process. At the same time, the electric motor drives the sewage suction pipe to make spiral motion in the axial direction. The combination of axial movement and rotational movement of the suction cleaner completely cleans the entire inner surface of the filter screen. The entire flushing process takes about seconds to minutes. The drain valve closes at the end of cleaning. The filter begins preparing for the next flush cycle.
