The oil first flows through the coalescing filter element from the inside to the outside. The coalescing filter element is an appropriate combination of special glass fiber and other synthetic materials. , specially formulated for oil dehydration and has good hydrophilicity. The coalescing filter core has the dual functions of filtering particulate pollutants and coalescing moisture. The innermost layer of high-precision filter material first filters out particulate pollutants in the oil. The outer demulsification and coalescence layer condenses the tiny water droplets in the oil into water beads. Larger water droplets will settle into the water tank by their own gravity, while smaller water droplets will be carried by the oil towards the separation filter before they can settle. The separation filter element is made of specially treated stainless steel mesh and has good hydrophobicity. When the oil flows through the separation filter element from the outside to the inside, the small water droplets are effectively intercepted outside the filter element, allowing only the oil to pass. Water does not pass through, further separating the water.
