There are multiple filter elements inside the filter housing. The dirty liquid is filtered from the outside to the inside. The particulate impurities are trapped on the outer surface of the filter element, and the clean liquid flows from the outlet of the filter. outflow.
As the impurities trapped on the filter element increase, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet main pipes gradually increases. When the pressure difference reaches a set value, a backwash signal will be issued. After the backwash signal is sent, the control system switches one of the filter units down and performs backwash. The flushing liquid flows through the filter element in the opposite direction of filtration, flushing away the solid particles accumulated on the surface of the filter element.
