There are multiple filter elements inside the filter housing. The dirty liquid is filtered from the outside to the inside. The particulate impurities are trapped on the outer surface of the filter element. The clean liquid flows out from the outlet of the filter.
As the impurities trapped on the filter element increase, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet main pipes gradually increases. When the pressure difference reaches a set value, a backwash signal will be issued.
After the backwash signal is sent, the control system will shut down the feed pump and open the drain valve to drain out the unfiltered plating solution in the filter.
Start the backwash pump to backwash the filter element.
After the backwash is completed, the filter re-enters the normal filtration state and waits for the next backwash signal.
Adopt pressure difference/time control (pressure difference priority).
