1. Product Introduction
Multi-bag filter Principle of filtration system Bag filter is a new type of filtration system. The inside of the filter machine is composed of a metal inner mesh supporting the filter bag and a strong magnetic rod. The liquid flows from the inlet and is filtered by the magnetic rod adsorption filter bag, and then the impurities flowing out are intercepted in the filter bag. The filter bag can be replaced or cleaned for continued use.
2. Installation
Be prepared to warn: the falling cover after opening it will hurt your hands.
First, please confirm whether the accessories required for installing the bag filter system are ready:
①Bag filter body ②Sealing ring ③Support net ④Filter bag ⑤Pressure gauge (optional magnetic rod) );
Check the sealing ring and the groove on the filter. If the sealing ring is deformed, scratched or cracked, or there is a problem with the joint of the sealing ring, please replace it with a new one.
Installation
Please follow the following steps when installing:
. Place the multi-bag filter at the station that needs to be filtered, connect it to the inlet and outlet flanges or pipe teeth, and then fix it; block it Exhaust port or exhaust valve. Jacket type connection to the heat source.
. Gently put the metal inner mesh into the bag filter so that the collar of the inner mesh matches the mouth of the bag filter.
. Place the filter bag so that the ring of the filter bag matches the collar of the metal inner mesh, then place the pressure plate with the magnetic rod into the equipment to compress the filter bag tightly.
. Put the molded sealing ring into the molded groove. The molded sealing ring cannot be twisted or deformed. Fasten the filter bag pressure ring on the multi-bag filter machine.
. Hold the handle of the upper cover with one hand and the other end of the upper cover with the other hand (turn the top handwheel of the multi-bag filter), align the upper cover with the mouth of the bag filter and slowly lower it to naturally press it flat against the sealing ring and On the filter bag ring.
. After the upper cover is aligned, tighten the two diagonal hanging caps at the same time and tighten all the hanging caps one by one (use a short insert into the lifting ring to tighten).
. Close the exhaust valve installed on the top of the bag filter.
. Please check whether the connecting pipes are firm and whether the working pressure is within the allowable range.
. Open the output valve. Open the heat source inlet valve and slowly heat up the filter to the specified temperature.
. Slowly open the input valve to allow the liquid to slowly flow in and fill the filter to prevent the liquid from suddenly impacting the filter bag and causing rupture, and then observe whether there is any leakage. If no leakage occurs, filtration can begin.
2. Daily use and maintenance
1. Daily use
The working filtration system needs to frequently check the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference reaches.~., the filter bag should be replaced in time to avoid pressure. Excessive difference will cause the filter bag to rupture and the support net to be damaged.
2. Open the upper cover of the filtered filter correctly:
Warning: Do not open the cover when there is pressure in the bag filter, otherwise the remaining liquid may spray out and cause liquid loss and personal injury. Therefore, please strictly follow the following sequence:
. Close the input valve; close the output valve when there is pressure at the outlet.
. Confirm that the pipe connected to the exhaust valve has been connected to a safe place or suction port (especially when filtering toxic and corrosive liquids) before opening the exhaust valve
to prevent the liquid from harming workers and causing damage and pollution to the surrounding environment.
. Check the pressure gauge to determine the internal pressure is at this time the bag filter has been separated from the piping system.
. If there is a drain valve, confirm that the drain liquid is received at the recovery point and open the drain valve; wait until the remaining liquid in the bag filter has flowed out through the drain valve and close the drain valve. This discharge work can be completed in conjunction with pressurization.
. Unscrew the upper cover hanging cap and lift the upper cover multi-bag filter to a certain angle.
3. Replace the filter bag:
. High-efficiency filter bags are made of fine fibers. The hydrophilicity of these materials is weak. The surface of the fiber will not be wetted by water, so it is not as wet as other materials
> Filter elements using the same material must be wetted with other liquids with lower surface tension before use. Before installation you must immerse the filter bag in a pre-wet solution that matches the filter fluid for a few minutes.
. Open the bag filter upper cover correctly.
. Place the upper cover firmly and carefully remove the filter bag.
. Please refer to the installation process to put in a new filter bag.
4. Monitor the filtration quality:
When the liquid input pressure is stable, the filtration quality is closely related to the pressure difference inside and outside the filter bag. If the pressure difference is too large, it means that the filter pore size of the filter bag has been blocked and the filtration speed will decrease. Therefore, we recommend that when the bag filter starts working, the pressure difference should be checked regularly. The time to replace the filter bag should be determined by the pressure difference displayed by the front and rear pressure gauges. Generally, the pressure difference that the filter bag can withstand is about .~/(.~.) When the pressure difference reaches this range, the filter bag should be replaced in time to avoid filter bag rupture affecting the filtration effect.
If the pressure difference suddenly drops, stop filtration immediately and check for leaks.
5. Pressurized discharge of remaining liquid:
When filtering high-viscosity liquids, compressed air can be introduced through the exhaust valve to accelerate the discharge of remaining liquid and shorten the waiting time. Its device is shown in the figure. Please note: the air used for pressurized discharge must have a stable pressure and not exceed the filter working pressure.
The steps are as follows:
. Close the input valve.
. Open the air inlet valve.
. The gas is introduced into the bag filter and pressurized to drain out the remaining liquid.
. Check the outlet pressure gauge to confirm that the gauge pressure is equal to the compressed air pressure; confirm that there is no
liquid flowing out of the outlet.
. Close the intake valve.
. Open the exhaust valve slowly; if there is residual liquid spraying out from the outlet of the exhaust valve, it must be led to a safe place or the suction port of the filter.
. Close the exhaust valve after the compressed air is exhausted.
At this time, there is no pressure in the filter and the lid can be opened.
6. Cleaning the bag filter If the bag filter continues to filter the same liquid, there is no need to clean it. However, if you filter other types of liquids, you still need to clean the machine before use.
7. Maintenance and replacement of the molded sealing ring
Maintenance: When in use, the molded sealing ring must be aligned with the molded groove to avoid improper extrusion that may cause deformation of the molded sealing ring; when not filtering, the molded sealing ring must be removed Wipe it clean otherwise the residual liquid will solidify and adhere to its surface, causing the hardening and sealing to deteriorate.
Replacement: If the sealing ring is aged or damaged, please replace it in time. When replacing, the same type of sealing ring should be selected.
Special statement: Under normal use, the filter and support network are guaranteed for one year. If damage is caused by improper use, the warranty will not be covered.
