The material to be processed enters the filter and passes through the brush filter from the inside to the outside. Particulate impurities are intercepted on the smooth inner surface of the filter. As impurities accumulate, the pressure difference between the filter inlet and outlet will rise.
When the pressure difference between the filter inlet and outlet reaches the preset value (.) or the time setting value, the filter will start the self-cleaning process. The entire self-cleaning process consists of two steps. Open the filter's drain valve and drive it with the motor. The cleaning brush in the filter net rotates, and the impurities intercepted by the filter net are brushed down and discharged from the drain valve.
The entire cleaning process takes seconds. The system does not flow during cleaning. The entire operation process of the filter is controlled by a control box that is randomly equipped
