The selected frequency converter should match the voltage, power and frequency of Qianxi spindle for use. To set the frequency converter, first set the base frequency of the frequency converter. The base frequency of the frequency converter is set according to the highest frequency of Hanqi spindle.
. Connect the frequency converter to the three-phase power supply of the forward spindle. The three-phase power cord of the frequency converter should be welded to the plug, () and pin, and the pin is the ground wire. Then connect the frequency converter to the external power supply. After turning on the power, jog the inverter and observe whether the rotation direction of the front spindle is consistent with the direction indicated by the electric spindle. If the rotation direction is inconsistent, shut down the machine immediately and correct it. It is strictly forbidden for the front spindle to run in the wrong direction of rotation. The connection between the electric spindle and the frequency converter should not exceed the limit.
, Due to the limit speed limit of precision angular contact ball bearing grease lubrication, the front spindle is not allowed to run at overspeed. Overspeed operation will cause precision angular contact ball bearings to burn out.
When the Qiancheng spindle is working properly, do three steps: listening, touching and looking. Once you hear whether there is any abnormal sound from the Hanqi spindle, if you find any abnormal sound, you should shut down the machine immediately and check. Second, check whether the Hanqi spindle is heating and vibrating stably. If the heating and vibration intensify, shut down the machine immediately and check. Third, check whether the surface quality being processed is stable. If it is unstable, shut down the machine for inspection in time.
2. Maintenance and maintenance of the front-end spindle motor
When abnormal sound or vibration is found during the operation of the front-end spindle, the machine should be stopped immediately to check the bearings, and new bearings must be replaced if necessary. When there is an abnormal smell or sudden stop during operation, the power supply should be cut off immediately, and the stator-to-ground resistance and three-phase resistance should be measured with a megger. Loss of insulation resistance means the stator is burned out, and the stator should be returned to the factory to replace the stator.
When the front-end spindle is out of service for a long time, compressed air should be used to blow out the residual coolant in the cooling pipe, and the electric spindle should be rust-proofed. After the electric spindle is stored or out of use for several months, it must be replaced with new grease before use, otherwise the service life of the electric spindle will be affected.
In order to extend the service life of the front-end spindle, the new front-end spindle or the front-end spindle with new bearings should be equally divided into ~ gears within the speed range, and then increase the speed after each section of operation to avoid direct high-speed operation and shorten the bearing life. service life. After the holiday, turn on the machine and let the front spindle run without load for half an hour before starting work.
