The experimental system has many features such as leaking pipelines, horizontal and vertical multi-capacity, variable capacity units, and non-linear units. With the use of software, it can be simulated directly, and the simulation program can directly generate a B&R control program for actual control operations. Graduate students provide an ideal testing platform for algorithm verification. It can realize simple to complex process control such as single-loop liquid level control, flow control, pressure control, dual-volume liquid level control, three-volume liquid level control, flow proportional control, flow and liquid level cascade control, decoupling control, etc. It can realize fuzzy control, neural network control, expert system, inference control and other advanced algorithm control
