A two-component, room temperature curing, water-based environmental Oxygen self-leveling coating system is used for indoor coating of cement substrates. It cures to a strong, stiff, seamless, matte coating that is seamless, dust-proof and easy to clean and hygienic. This coating is resistant to many chemicals, oils and water, making the concrete floor breathable (breathable) and environmentally friendly.

Application Method
When applying a coating, surface preparation is the most important step. Remove all residues to expose the base surface. If necessary, clean the construction surface with sufficient water and wash with dilute hydrochloric acid solution. Then wash with plenty of water. After the surface dries to a saturated state, use cement mortar or our repair composition to fill all cracks, honeycomb holes, voids, etc., and allow the surface to dry completely before sanding and leveling it. Apply to the treated surface with a brush or roller. When the surface is dry to the touch, mix the ingredients accurately to obtain a uniform concentration of liquid. Use a toothed trowel or a roller with a large needle. Apply a coat of paint over this primer. Before people can walk around, the coating must be cured for more than an hour after construction, and attention must be paid to preventing influences from mechanical vibration, water splash, direct sunlight, and heat sources during the curing process. The complete curing time is 10 days before the base material can be put into use, and the coating film thickness can be reached according to the requirements of use.
