A two-component room temperature curing solvent-free epoxy self-leveling coating is used for coating indoor cement substrates. It shows excellent self-leveling properties and cures under high humidity and low temperature to form a coating with a strong, rigid and seamless mirror effect. It is a seamless, dust-proof and easy-to-clean surface. This coating is resistant to many chemicals, oils and water, providing the concrete floor with overall wear resistance, heavy pressure resistance and impact resistance. As an environmentally friendly product, it is commonly used in high-thickness epoxy floor coatings and is suitable for a variety of general colors.

Application methods
When applying a coating, surface preparation is the most important step. Remove all residues to expose the base surface. Apply enough if necessary. Clean the construction surface with 2% of dilute hydrochloric acid solution and then rinse with sufficient water. After the surface dries to a saturated state, use cement mortar or our b repair composition to fill all cracks, honeycomb holes, etc., and allow the surface to dry completely before polishing and leveling it. Apply to the treated surface with a brush or roller. When the surface of the coating is dry to the touch, accurately mix Part B and Part B to obtain a uniform concentration of liquid. Use a toothed trowel or a roller with a large needle. Barrel coating is applied over this primer. To allow people to move around, it must be cured for more than an hour after the coating is applied, and attention should be paid to preventing the impact of mechanical vibration, water splash, direct sunlight, and heat sources during the curing process. The complete curing time is 10 days before the base material can be put into use, and the coating film thickness can be reached according to the requirements of use.
