A two-component, normal temperature curing, water-based modification Epoxy primers were developed to precede the use of epoxy primers, topcoats and polyurethane topcoats, specifically as a coating application on new, water-containing, wet or old concrete surfaces. It penetrates into the capillaries of concrete as a sealing coating and seals its surface. This can enhance the adhesion between layers, reduce the absorption of subsequent epoxy mid-coat, top coating and polyurethane top coating materials, improve the shielding condition and strengthen the protective effect.

Application method
When applying a coating, surface preparation is the most important step. Remove all residues to expose the base surface. Clean the application with sufficient water if necessary. Surface, wash with dilute hydrochloric acid solution and then rinse with sufficient water. After the surface dries to a saturated state, use cement mortar or our repair composition to fill all cracks, honeycomb holes, voids, etc., and allow the surface to dry completely before sanding and leveling it. Precisely mix the ingredients and components to obtain a liquid of uniform concentration, and apply it on the treated surface with a brush or roller. After the surface of the coating film is dry to the touch, you can directly apply epoxy mid-coat or epoxy /Polyurethane top coat for best results.
