Application methods
When applying a coating, surface preparation is the most important step, remove all residue and allow the substrate to be exposed, If necessary, use sufficient water to clean the construction surface, wash with dilute hydrochloric acid solution and then rinse with sufficient water. After the surface dries to a saturated state, use cement mortar or our repair composition to fill all cracks, honeycomb holes, voids, etc., and allow the surface to dry completely before sanding and leveling it. Use a brush or roller to apply the primer to the treated surface. When the surface of the coating is dry to the touch, mix the ingredients accurately to obtain a uniform concentration of liquid. Apply the first coat on top of the primer. After allowing the coating to cure for an hour, apply a second coating over the first coating, preferably perpendicular to the first coating. During the curing process of the system, pay attention to prevent effects from mechanical vibration, water splash, direct sunlight and heat sources.
