 材料车产品简介

 

矿用材料车（简称材料车），系煤矿地面和井下巷道窄轨铁路运输坑木、支架或其他材料的车辆。矿用材料车车箱的一侧或两侧可以打开，借助装在卸矿点上的卸矿曲轨，使矿车倾斜，拉杆打开侧门卸载。

矿用材料车车箱底板为刮板输送机。装载时先装满矿车前端，输送机把所装物料逐渐移向后端，连续地把矿车装满，并由输送机卸载。矿用材料车车箱容积较大，效率高，因往返如穿梭般频繁而得名。矿用材料车车箱底板借助重力向后或向一侧打开卸载。

材料车的型号

材料车一般有MLC2-6、MLC3-6、MLC5-6、MLC5-9几种型号。6/9---轨距（600mm轨距，900mm轨距）
