Working principle of imported ultra-high pressure solenoid valve
Normally closed solenoid valve, when the coil is energized, the moving iron core is attracted, opening the pressure relief hole, so that the pressure acting on the upper part of the main valve core decreases, thereby relying on the pressure difference to push the main valve core upward, and the valve is opened. When the coil is powered off, the moving iron core falls due to its own weight and the action of the moving iron core spring, closing the pressure relief hole, causing pressure to form on the upper surface of the main valve core. Coupled with the main valve core compression spring and its own weight, the main valve core drops to the valve port and the valve is closed.
For a normally open solenoid valve, when the coil is energized, the pressure relief hole is in a closed state opposite to the normally closed state, and the valve is closed. When the coil is powered off, the pressure relief hole is in an open state opposite to the normally closed state, and the valve is opened.
Principle of the device with signal feedback When the solenoid valve is open, the common line is connected to the open signal line, but not to the off signal line. When the solenoid valve is closed, the common line is connected to the off signal line, but not to the open signal line.
