4. Structure and working principle
The pump consists of five parts: air motor, water pump, lubricator, pipe joint and *.
The motor part consists of a rotor, blades, cylinder, casing, upper and lower cylinder heads, top cover, etc. There are five evenly distributed radial grooves on the rotor. There are blades in the grooves. There is a blowing eye on each of the upper and lower cylinder heads. When the air pump is started, high-pressure air blows away the blades in the groove from the blowing eye. At the same time, a large amount of High-pressure air enters the cylinder from the main air duct, pushing the blades and driving the rotor to rotate and perform work. There is a sealed cavity under the casing, and a sealing ring is used in the cavity to separate air and water. The sealing ring adopts spring sealing, and uses the pressure of air and water to expand the sealing ring to enhance the sealing effect.
The body part consists of pump body, impeller, pump cover, pump base, etc. The impeller is installed on the rotor shaft, tighten the impeller nut, install the pump body and pump base, and put it into the water. The rotor drives the impeller to rotate. Under the action of centrifugal force, the water flow is pressed into the vortex of the pump body and discharged along the outlet pipe.
The mist part consists of a lubricator shell, a lubricator core, an oil regulating valve, etc. The oil mist device is installed on the top cover, and the shell is filled with lubricating oil.
