The voltage equalizing ring is an important part of the lightning protection grounding inside the computer room in order to achieve voltage equalization and nearby grounding. In principle, we generally use copper bars as voltage equalizing rings under the electrostatic floor (located inside the house). For better internal lightning protection, copper bars are installed around the equipment. All weak current equipment in the computer room needs to be grounded. First, connect it to the equal potential voltage equalizing ring. The function of the voltage equalizing ring is to connect the grounding of the equipment in the computer room to this voltage equalizing ring. The voltage equalizing ring material is made of high-quality copper tape, and is supported by an insulator in the middle to prevent it from being connected to the ground. Contact, no high potential to ground is generated.
The metal casings, various metal pipes, metal trunking, and building metal structures of all equipment in the computer room must be equipotentially connected and grounded. The voltage equalizing ring is connected to the newly built ground grid, the ground resistance is no greater than ohms, and connected to the main indoor steel bars.
