The drive motor for fast rolling doors uses brake reduction motors, which require fast braking and low noise. Generally, the braking motors sold on the market either have poor braking effect or have loud braking noise, and are not suitable for use in fast rolling doors. The speed ratio is more appropriate. This is a brand new control method. There is no need to rely on the brakes when running to stop, and the noise is further reduced.
During the working process, the door-opening sensor provides a trigger signal to the control system. The control system sends instructions to the frequency converter according to the current position of the fast rolling door. It starts the drive motor to make the door curtain rise quickly. After vehicles and pedestrians pass through, the door curtain automatically lowers and closes the passage. Until the next door opening signal is turned on again. As the name suggests, the fast rolling door lifts and lowers very quickly and cannot be started and stopped directly like the steel rolling door. Generally, a frequency converter is required to control the speed of the motor. The faster when rising, the better. When it is almost in place (left and right), there needs to be a deceleration and buffering stop process to prevent hitting the track, preventing people from being pinched, and reducing noise. This is also a standard for measuring the performance of fast rolling doors.
