Introduction to the two-stage gas generator
The two-stage gas generator has two gas outlets, upper and lower, which can output gas with different calorific values. Its gasification efficiency and comprehensive thermal efficiency are both higher than those of a single-stage furnace. The coal is completely carbonized in the upper section of the furnace. The lower section gas basically does not contain tar. The upper section gas contains a small amount of light tar, which is not easy to block the pipeline. The calorific value of the two-stage furnace gas is high and stable, with great operational flexibility, high degree of automation, and low labor intensity. The two-stage furnace gas station does not pollute the environment, saves water significantly, occupies a small area, and has low long-term operating costs. The grate rotation and coal adding parts of this furnace type can be mechanical or hydraulic according to different user requirements. The grate is made of heat-resistant cast iron, which has better air permeability and is suitable for bituminous coal gasification process.
Two-stage gas generator technology
Qualified raw coal is lifted by an electric hoist to the coal storage bunker in the main factory building, and then added to the furnace through a double-drum hydraulic stoker. The coal is heated by the gas from the gasification section. Retorting. After retorting, the coal in the semi-coke state reacts with the gasifying agent (air, steam) in the gasification section. The gas generated in the gasification section is divided into two parts. One part is removed from the gas outlet of the lower section of the two-stage gas generator through cyclone dust removal. The other part goes up through the central tube and is mixed with the retort gas and comes out of the upper gas outlet. The gas at the outlet of the lower section is cooled and dusted by the cyclone dust collector, then enters the forced air cooler, where it continues to remove dust and cool down, and then enters the intercooler for further cooling. After the gas from the upper section outlet enters the electric tar collector for decoking, it directly enters the intercooler and is mixed with the lower section gas. The cooling is completed during the mixing. After mixing, the gas enters the electric light oil collector to capture the light oil. The gas is heated by a pressurized fan. After pressing, it is sent to the water mist drip catcher for dehydration and sent to the user.
