The design standards for dust collector air bags are as follows:

Safety and quality requirements must be considered when designing a circular or square cross-sectional air bag.
The middle diameter of the air inlet pipe of the air bag should be selected to be large to meet the air supply speed. Multiple air intake input pipelines can be designed for large-capacity air bags.
For large-volume air bags, diameter pipes can be used to connect multiple air bags into a gas storage circuit.
It is best to install the pulse valve on the top or side of the air bag to prevent oil and moisture in the air bag from being blown into the dust removal filter bag through the pulse valve. The submerged pulse valve should not be installed at the bottom of the air bag.
If the gas bag is designed according to the pressure window standard and is large enough, the basic body of the cellar is a compressed gas stabilized gas tank. When there is a stabilizing tank in front of the gas bag, the stabilizing tank needs to be installed close to the gas bag to prevent the compressed gas from passing through the long and slender pipes and losing pressure during transportation.
After the gas bag is processed and produced, the internal welding slag must be continuously blown and cleaned with compressed air, and then the valve must be installed. When testing the pulse valve in the workshop, especially the diameter submerged valve, the pressure of the compressed air in the air bag and the flow of supplementary air must be ensured, otherwise the pulse valve will not be able to open or will leak.
