The displacement change between the two adjacent main beams caused by uneven lifting will exceed. Carry out partial pressure adjustment. The main beam, bridge deck and ancillary facilities must be carefully observed during the entire jacking process. If there are any abnormalities, jacking must be stopped immediately.
After the jacking is in place, pre-prepared wedge-shaped sleepers and prefabricated steel plates are uniformly placed at the bottom of the beam for temporary support. The support pad must be strong and reliable, and the jack must not be loosened during the support process.
After the support pad is removed and the old steel pipe is removed, first carefully remove the rust and dirt on the stainless steel plate at the bottom of the original beam, apply a layer of lubricating grease, and then use a level ruler to check the padding stone under the steel pipe. Whether the surface is smooth and can meet the installation requirements, the oil stain and floating slurry on the surface of the pad should be polished and removed. Before placing the new Fushun sonic tube, it is necessary to perform cross positioning on the original Fushun sonic tube and the surface of the new Fushun sonic tube to ensure that the Fushun sonic tube is in an accurate position after replacement.
For the bias of the Fushun acoustic tube caused by improper installation of the beam body or uneven surface of the beam bottom, structural glue can be used to partially fill the voided parts to ensure that the full cross-section of the Fushun acoustic tube is under pressure.
Before installation, fill the oil storage tank on the surface of the PTFE plate in the PTFE acoustic measuring tube with silicone grease to ensure that the surface of the PTFE plate and the stainless steel surface are clean, and there must be no damage or roughening. At the same time, follow the requirements. Install the Fushun acoustic tube dust cover.
When the main beam is in place after the replacement of the Fushun acoustic tube, it should also be done in a distributed manner. First, the temporary support at the bottom of the beam is lifted, and then the beam body is dropped sequentially into place. Be careful to loosen the jacks crosswise and not at the same time to prevent damage to the bridge deck or crushing of individual jacks.
Precautions for Fushun acoustic pipe replacement construction:
Different jacking methods should be used for different types of bridges. For cross-sections composed of beams or I-beams, it is generally possible to place a pad under the beam body and directly lift it with a jack. However, when jacking up hollow slabs and box beams, attention must be paid to the jacking parts to avoid direct jacking. Lift the bottom of the beam body, and choose it at the two ribs and the web of the box beam to prevent damage to the beam body.
Due to the influence of the self-weight of the side beams and the ancillary facilities of the bridge deck (such as guardrails and branch connectors), the lifting force is quite different from that of the center beams. During the lifting, both pressure and stroke must be controlled. And the itinerary is the final control. Avoid shear damage to the bridge deck caused by uneven jacking.
Strictly control the lifting height of the beam body to avoid damage to the bridge deck and ancillary facilities caused by excessive lifting.
