Structural features
The unit is suitable for plastic cast films. This unit uses twin-screw extrusion. The film produced can be connected to both sides to achieve a sticky effect. If twin-screws are used, , a double-layer composite machine head, using different formulas, can produce films that can be adhered to one side or both sides, and are widely used in building materials. Hardware accessories, paper mills, glass bottle factories, express companies, pallet packaging, export packaging and other tight hoop packaging.
The rod and barrel are made of alloy steel, nitrided and precision machined.
The cooling device adopts circulating water cooling, which has good cooling effect and makes the film transparent.
The take-up device adopts friction-type winding, and is equipped with an edge cutting device and an edge collecting device to make the rolled film more neat.
