1. Product introduction
This product is a two-component waterproof material made of waterproof emulsion and mineral aggregate imported from Germany as the main materials, and added with a variety of additives. . It is suitable for waterproofing and moisture-proofing treatment of walls and floors in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, swimming pools and other areas. It has good adhesion to the concrete base surface and can form a tight and permanent bond with it to prevent water penetration.
2. Characteristics
It has good flexibility and can withstand slight vibrations of the building and micro-cracks caused by various reasons.
It can be used for waterproofing on the front surface or on the back surface, and the effect is equally excellent.
After the material dries, it can be directly pasted on various ceramic tiles.
3. Construction requirements steps
Pour the liquid components into a clean bucket, and while stirring, slowly pour the powder components into the bucket containing the liquid, and stir thoroughly for several minutes until there is no production. The dough should be a uniform slurry. The base surface should be moist but there should be no open water. After mixing, let it sit for about a minute. Stir before use before construction.
Apply the slurry evenly on the treated substrate with a brush or rubber scraper. In order to ensure the waterproof quality, the product must be painted with two layers. The corners of the joint walls must be painted with a brush in a cross direction. After finishing the first layer, you must wait until it is slightly dry (just not sticky) before doing the second layer. The interval is an hour (after curing, proceed to the next step).
4. Base surface requirements
The base surface must be stable, clean, flat and smooth, free of dust, oil, shedding and other debris. Obvious holes and cracks must be blocked and smoothed with cement mortar. The base surface should be moistened with clean water before construction, but no open water should exist.
5. Precautions
Only after the water layer has dried, can other covering layers be made. Construction cannot be performed below ℃, and the dried slurry is prohibited from being reused.
Can be constructed in a very humid and non-ventilated environment, otherwise the film formation will be affected.
A layer of fiber mesh should be added at points and corners according to specification requirements.
