产品用途
鑫厚牌自然干皮革反面填充硅胶适用于皮料鞋材，皮料包包，皮料服装等真皮，假皮，PU皮等材质上。做出来的产品凹凸面明显，手感柔软，耐高低温，水洗不变形不反弹等，从实质上提升了贵司产品的档次，无形之中就增加了产品的市场竞争力！
操作方法
1，用高周波天地模将皮革压好凹凸花纹。
2，将单组份皮革反面填充硅胶直接注入压好的凹凸花纹。
3，常温下30分钟即可表干，2小时完全固化成型。
注意事项
单组份皮革反面填充硅胶需要与空气隔绝，完全密封贮存，放在阴凉的地方，防止雨淋、日光曝晒。
皮革反面专用的自然干硅胶，用于皮革反面的填充，先将皮革的反面用铜模压制成凸凹图案，在将硅胶涂覆皮革凸凹反面，让其自然流平，静态放置20分钟等其表干，在将其放置一边2小时完全固化，即可使用！
