Structural description
The electric operating motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through the first-stage spur gear pair. The eccentric shaft is equipped with a compound planetary gear. Because the external teeth of the fixed ring gear and The worm is a self-locking structure. The rotation of the planetary gear cannot cause the fixed ring gear to rotate. The planetary gear, the internal teeth of the fixed ring gear, the moving gear and the eccentric shaft form a planetary gear train. The rotation of the eccentric shaft is transmitted to the moving gear with a reduction ratio of approximately on, driving the output shaft to work. When the handwheel is turned by manual operation, the worm drives the external gear of the stationary ring gear to rotate, and drives the output shaft to rotate through the fixed-axis gear train composed of the internal gear of the stationary ring gear, the compound planetary gear, and the moving gear. Therefore, the manual and electric operation conversion of the actuator is completed through the role change of the fixed ring gear. There is no clutch and no need to switch the handle, achieving fully automatic switching.
Purpose

Cam in the stroke control mechanism The top of the shaft is equipped with an opening dial, which is marked with a certain scale indicating the valve. There is a white indicator mark on the edge of the observation window of the box cover. When the electric device is working, the dial rotates synchronously with the output shaft. The mark on the dial where the indicator mark is aligned is the degree of valve opening.
Potentiometer
A potentiometer is installed next to the stroke control mechanism. The sector gear on the camshaft drives the gear on the potentiometer shaft to make the potentiometer work. When the product leaves the factory, the potentiometer gear and sector gear are in a non-meshing state.
Handwheel
The handwheel is used to manually switch the valve. Turning the handwheel can open or close the valve. The manual switching of the valve electric device is a fully automatic structure without a switching handle. Turning the handwheel is manual, pressing the button in the control room is electric.
