Generally speaking, the operation of boiler softened water equipment goes through five processes: water production, backwashing, regeneration, slow flushing, and fast flushing. All processes of different types of equipment are very close, but there may be some additional processes due to differences in actual processes or control needs. Any softened water equipment based on sodium ion exchange is developed on the basis of these five processes.
Since solid granular table salt contains a certain amount of impurities, a large amount of impurities will be deposited at the bottom of the salt tank and block the salt valve, so the impurities at the bottom of the salt tank must be cleaned regularly. When cleaning, you can open the drain valve at the bottom of the salt box and rinse it with clean water until no impurities flow out. The cleaning cycle of the salt box should be determined based on the impurity content of the solid granular salt.

6. Installation requirements

If the inlet water pressure is lower than a pipeline pump, a pipeline pump must be installed.
. The pipeline must be flushed before use to avoid impurities clogging the valve body and contaminating the resin.
Do not use iodized salt or calcium-added salt as a regenerant. Add salt to the salt tank regularly to ensure the saturated concentration of the salt water (the dissolution time should be guaranteed to be no less than six hours).
7. Later maintenance of equipment
Regularly check the air tightness of the boiler softened water equipment ejector and salt absorption pipeline to prevent air leakage and affect the regeneration effect. The water softener should be disassembled once a year, the impurities in the upper and lower water distributors and quartz sand cushion should be cleaned, and the loss and exchange capacity of the resin should be checked. Seriously aged resin should be replaced. Resins with iron poisoning can be resuscitated with solutions.
Ensure that the voltage and current input to the boiler softened water equipment are stable and prevent the electronic control device from burning out. A sealing cover should be installed outside the electronic control device to prevent moisture and flooding. Add solid granular salt to the salt box regularly, and ensure that the salt solution in the salt box is in a supersaturated state. When adding salt, be careful not to sprinkle solid granular salt into the salt well to prevent salt bridges from forming on the salt valve and blocking the salt suction pipeline.
