Operating Principle
The gate plate of the valve moves linearly with the valve stem. It is called a lift rod gate valve. There is usually a trapezoidal thread on the lift rod. Through the nut on the top of the valve and the guide groove on the valve body, the gate plate moves linearly with the valve stem. Transforming rotational motion into linear motion means changing operating torque into operating thrust. The sealing surface can be sealed only by the medium pressure, that is, by relying on the medium pressure to press the sealing surface of the gate plate to the valve seat on the other side to ensure the sealing surface sealing, this is self-sealing.
